Our role ends where the driver's begins. We coordinate and confirm — we don't run a fleet, don't employ drivers, and never collect the ride. You pay for the connected platform subscription, you pay the driver. Two separate things, clearly stated.
We don't employ drivers and we don't ship an app you have to install to get the ride. You ask, we orchestrate with licensed taxis.
We don't pit providers against each other to show you the cheapest one. We coordinate a trusted partner network at the local taxi rate.
Drivers are not our customers, nor self-service suppliers. We never collect the ride: it's paid directly to the driver, on board.
