How long does confirmation take?

A confirmation is sent automatically by text message when a driver accepts your request, usually within 2 to 5 minutes. It includes the driver’s name, the vehicle and the estimated time of arrival. The text message is sent in your language.

Can I track my driver in real time?

Yes. After your SMS confirmation, your customer area shows the driver's ETA and provides their direct phone number so you can reach them at any moment. For precise GPS positioning, the driver's vehicle navigation is the live source of truth.

Do I need an account to book?

No. You can book without creating an account. An account is automatically created after your first booking so you can track your orders and manage your subscription. You can then log in via a secure email link — there’s no password to remember.

Who provides the driver?

Taxis Minute does not employ any drivers. Our platform connects you with a network of licensed taxi drivers who operate as independent local partners. Once a driver accepts your booking, the journey is carried out under their sole responsibility.

No. Taxis Minute is a connected booking platform that helps you book a taxi and connects you with independent taxi drivers. We do not operate taxis, employ drivers or sell transport services.

How do I pay the driver?

You pay the driver directly on board, at the local taxi rate shown on the meter. The payment methods accepted (cash, card) depend on the driver and local market conditions.

What is the difference between the subscription and the taxi fare?

The Taxis Minute subscription gives you access to a connected platform for requesting taxis, along with services included at no extra cost: an eSIM, an online kiosk and a private hire fare comparison tool. Access costs €1 for the first 24 hours, then €49 per month, with no long-term commitment. The taxi fare is charged separately and paid directly to the driver.

Can I get a receipt or an invoice?

When you take a taxi, ask the driver for a printed receipt as you get out — this is compulsory for licensed taxis in France. For your Taxis Minute subscription, an electronic invoice is automatically sent by email after each direct debit and stored in your customer account, ready to download for your expense claims.

How can I cancel my subscription? Are there any charges?

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account, by email or by telephone, with no cancellation fees. Your request will stop automatic renewal, and you will retain access to the services until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
