Good to know
Booking a taxi in Albi: practical information
Arrival at Albi-Madeleine
Albi-Madeleine station is located on Place de la Résistance. Please copy the station name shown on your ticket before requesting a taxi. Then specify your train, any luggage and your destination to arrange the pick-up.
La Madeleine on the right bank
The Madeleine district is situated on the right bank of the Tarn. If your accommodation is on this side, please state the street name and number. A view of the cathedral does not necessarily mean that your address is in the same area.
Place Sainte-Cécile and the Episcopal Quarter
St Cecilia’s Cathedral and the Palais de la Berbie are separate monuments situated around the episcopal city. Specify the name of the place you are visiting and its entrance. For a drop-off nearby, wait for the accessible point to be confirmed rather than choosing the foot of the monument.
Pratgraussals and walks along the Tarn
Pratgraussals Park is a landmark near La Madeleine. To arrange a return journey after your walk, please provide a precise starting point and an accessible address. The banks of the Tarn or the name of the park alone are not sufficient to arrange a pick-up point.
