Booking a taxi in Disneyland Paris: practical information

Good to know

Taxi to Disneyland Paris: choose the right route, not just the right name

A taxi to Disneyland Paris can refer to several different journeys: a transfer from Paris, an arrival at Charles de Gaulle, a pick-up at Chessy or a return to your hotel after visiting the parks. The first step is to choose your exact destination. ‘Disneyland Paris’ is not a hotel reception address: please provide the full name of your accommodation if you are checking in there before your visit.

The name ‘Eurodisney’ is still used in taxi searches. Here, it refers to Disneyland Paris, in the Chessy and Marne-la-Vallée area, east of Paris. To make a booking on TaxisMinute, enter your pick-up point, drop-off point and preferred time. You will then receive the pick-up details once the request has been confirmed.

Taxi from Paris to Disneyland: from your hotel or a Parisian railway station

From Paris, a direct journey means you avoid having to change transport when travelling with children, suitcases or a pushchair. This may be a good option if you are staying somewhere far from the RER A line or if your plans include a late return. The journey time depends on the pick-up address, traffic and the drop-off point: do not base your day’s plans on a single journey time.

At Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon or Montparnasse, state the name of the station, the train’s departure time and the meeting point provided in the confirmation. When your train arrives, allow enough time to get off the platform and collect your luggage. For other journeys during your stay, please visit our taxis in Paris page.

Taxi from CDG to Disneyland Paris: please specify terminal, flight and hotel

For a transfer from Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle to Disneyland, please state your arrival terminal and your flight number. The landing time is not the time at which you will be ready to board the vehicle: disembarking, any security checks and collecting your luggage take time. Keep your phone switched on and make your way to the agreed meeting point once you have received the directions.

Select the hotel as your destination if you wish to drop off your luggage there; select the park entrance if you are heading there directly. Conversely, specify your flight’s departure terminal and allow for the buffer time required by the airline.

Orly–Disneyland taxi and transfer from Beauvais

From Paris-Orly, the booking request must specify the terminal, the flight and the final destination. A hotel in Serris, a venue in Magny-le-Hongre and access to the parks do not constitute the same journey. If you are arriving late, check your pick-up confirmation before relying on a taxi.

Paris-Beauvais is a different airport, considerably further away from the Disneyland area. Please ensure you enter ‘Paris-Beauvais Airport’ and not just ‘Paris’ in the form. This transfer must be organised as a separate journey: do not reuse any journey times, estimates or conditions specified for CDG. For any return journey to an airport, please make your booking request before the last day of your stay.

In Chessy, the railway station and the park entrances are not in the same place

Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy station serves the parks via the TGV and the RER A. If your aim is simply to get from the station to the park entrances, consider the walking route first: a taxi journey is not necessary every time you arrive by train. However, a taxi may be the best option for a transfer to accommodation, a location on the outskirts or an appointment after your visit.

For a pre-booked pick-up, please go to the meeting point provided. Do not confuse the North coach station, the South entrance, the visitor car park and the hotel reception. SNCF provides walk-in taxi services at the North coach station; this does not replace the instructions you have received for your own booking.

Disney hotels, Serris and Val d’Europe: please specify the exact establishment

A transfer to the Disneyland Hotel, the Disney Newport Bay Club, the Disney Hotel Cheyenne or a flat in Val d’Europe requires a precise address. Copy the name shown on your booking, add the town and, if necessary, the reception entrance. For accommodation in Serris, Chessy, Montévrain or Magny-le-Hongre, the name ‘Disney’ alone is not sufficient to determine the correct drop-off point.

Before booking a short journey from your hotel to the parks, check whether your hotel offers a shuttle service and whether its timetable fits in with your plans. Services vary from one hotel to another. In particular, the Disney Davy Crockett Ranch is not connected to the parks by a Disney shuttle bus: plan your transport in advance if you are staying there without a car. For Villages Nature Paris, check public transport options or arrange a direct journey.

Families, pushchairs and luggage: information that affects pick-up arrangements

Count all passengers, including children. Specify the number of large suitcases, cabin baggage and whether a pushchair is required, stating whether it is foldable. A car suitable for the number of passengers may not necessarily have enough space for all luggage. Please provide this information at the time of booking rather than waiting until you meet the driver.

If you require a child seat, a booster seat or an accessible vehicle, please specify your requirements and await confirmation. No specific equipment should be assumed to be provided as standard. For a group, please also indicate whether multiple vehicles are an option; their allocation will depend on availability for your chosen time slot.

Disneyland Paris taxi fares: what you need to check

There is no single price that applies to all ‘Disney taxi’ searches. The starting point of the journey, the time of day, traffic conditions, the vehicle and the applicable terms and conditions all determine the cost of the journey. A journey estimate is not a guaranteed fixed price. Ask for any necessary details before setting off and ensure you distinguish between the fare, paid to the driver, and the terms and conditions of the booking service.

The regulated flat-rate fares for Parisian taxis between central Paris and CDG or Orly do not correspond to an airport–Disneyland flat rate. Therefore, do not apply them to this transfer. When comparing two quotes, check that they relate to the same addresses, the same number of passengers, the same luggage and the same timetable; ask how waiting time and any additional charges are handled.

Taxi, RER A, TGV or shuttle bus: which option is best for your stay?

The choice depends less on an overall ranking than on your starting point and final destination. From Paris, the RER A line goes to Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy. From CDG, some TGV services stop at this station. Airport shuttles and hotel shuttles are also available, with stops, timetables and conditions specific to each service. Check the timetables for your date rather than assuming there is a constant service.

The return journey from the parks should be planned before setting off

At the end of the day, large numbers of visitors gather at the same entry points. To travel from Disneyland back to Paris, your hotel, CDG or Orly, choose a realistic time and an easily accessible meeting point. If you are staying for a show, allow time to leave the parks and walk to the meeting point. Avoid scheduling your pick-up for the exact minute a show ends.

A one-way booking does not constitute a return booking. Specify each journey separately and check that it has been confirmed. If your plans change, use the management link you received to submit your amendment or cancellation, depending on the options available. Keep the mobile phone used to make the booking to hand until the time of your appointment.

Your five-step guide to booking a taxi to Disneyland

  1. Departure and arrival: full address, exact terminal or hotel, without replacing the entire location with ‘Disney’.
  2. Date and time: distinguish between the arrival time of the flight or train and the desired pick-up time.
  3. Travellers: total number, including children, luggage, pushchairs and equipment to be confirmed.
  4. Contact: a contact number and flight or train details to provide context for your arrival.
  5. Confirmation: check the route, meeting point and details received; arrange the return journey separately.

Your questions about taxis in Disneyland Paris

Answers to the questions most often asked about booking in Disneyland Paris.

How do I book a taxi to Disneyland Paris?

Please provide the pick-up and drop-off addresses, the date, your preferred time and the number of passengers. Include any luggage and special requirements. Then check the confirmation and the meeting point; a request alone does not yet guarantee that the service will be provided.

Does a Eurodisney taxi go to the same destination?

Eurodisney is a former name still used when searching for Disneyland Paris. However, please specify your exact destination: access to the parks, Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy station, or a hotel or accommodation in the surrounding area.

What information do I need to provide for a taxi from CDG to Disneyland Paris?

Enter the terminal, flight number, number of passengers, luggage and the hotel or drop-off point. Allow time after landing to collect your luggage, then follow the instructions for your confirmed booking.

Does the Paris–airport taxi flat rate apply to Disneyland?

Please note: the fixed-price fares for Parisian taxis between central Paris and CDG or Orly apply to these specific journeys. They do not constitute a fixed-price fare from the airport to Disneyland. Please check the fare conditions applicable to your own journey.

Should I take a taxi between Chessy station and the parks?

Not necessarily: Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy station is located near the park entrances. Check the walking route. A transfer may be useful for getting to a hotel or accommodation further away.

Can I request a child seat or transport with a pushchair?

Yes, you can specify these requirements. Please indicate any children, the equipment required, any luggage and whether the pushchair is foldable. The availability of the equipment and the vehicle’s capacity must be confirmed before the journey.

How do I organise the return journey from Disneyland to Paris after the show?

Arrange a separate return journey, allowing enough time to leave the parks and walk to the meeting point. Wait for confirmation and ensure your phone is reachable. Access conditions and availability may vary.

Can I go straight to my hotel from Orly or CDG?

You can request a journey to your hotel’s address rather than to the parks. Copy the full name of the hotel and its town, then check the confirmation and drop-off instructions.

Does the Disney Davy Crockett Ranch offer a shuttle service to the parks?

Disneyland Paris states that there is no Disney shuttle bus service connecting the Disney Davy Crockett Ranch to the parks. If you are staying without a car, please plan your journeys in advance and check the confirmation of any transport you have booked.

Is TaxisMinute the official taxi service for Disneyland Paris?

No. TaxisMinute is an independent booking assistance service. The names Disneyland Paris, Eurodisney and the hotels are used to identify destinations; they do not imply any affiliation with Disney.
