If you’re arriving by train at Saint-Charles, please provide your timetable and train number, if you know it. The station has several entrances: please use the meeting point specified in your confirmation rather than changing exits at the last minute. Please specify the number of suitcases and passengers to help us organise your request.
Transfer to Marseille Provence
Marseille Provence Airport is situated in Marignane, outside the centre of Marseille. Any request from the Vieux-Port, the Prado or La Joliette must include the full address and the preferred time. For arrivals, please include the flight number and terminal. Allow plenty of time for security checks and traffic; journey times cannot be guaranteed.
Vieux-Port, Panier and access to the port
In the Panier district and around the Old Port, some narrow or pedestrianised streets may mean you need to meet nearby rather than right outside a door. For the port, please use the terminal and access point specified by your travel company: ‘La Joliette’ and the cruise terminals do not refer to the same pick-up point.
Matches, appointments and early morning departures
Events at the Stade Vélodrome, cruise departures and peak times may affect access and availability. For a scheduled journey, please submit your request in advance, provide an accessible address and check the details you have received before heading to the meeting point.
