Booking a taxi remains, in practice, more painful than it should be. Finding the right provider, working out a slot for a train, checking the availability of a vehicle with a child seat — every detail takes time, especially in a city you don't know. Ride-hailing apps solved part of the problem, but by imposing their own interface, their own pricing and their own logic.
Taxi Club starts from a different idea: put a person back at the center of the booking. You ask, an agent orchestrates. No app to learn, no price comparison to run, no button to tap in the middle of winter. A direct channel to the concierge, 24/7, in your language.
Our role ends where the driver's begins. We coordinate and confirm — we don't run a fleet, don't employ drivers, and never collect the ride. You pay for the concierge service, you pay the driver. Two separate things, clearly stated.
We don't employ drivers and we don't ship an app you have to install to get the ride. You ask, we orchestrate with licensed taxis.
We don't pit providers against each other to show you the cheapest one. We coordinate a trusted partner network at the local taxi rate.
Drivers are not our customers, nor self-service suppliers. We never collect the ride: it's paid directly to the driver, on board.
