What is the confirmation time?

Confirmation arrives by SMS, typically within 2 to 5 minutes, with your driver's name, vehicle and ETA. The SMS is sent in your language.

Can I track my driver in real time?

Yes. After your SMS confirmation, your customer area shows the driver's ETA and provides their direct phone number so you can reach them at any moment. For precise GPS positioning, the driver's vehicle navigation is the live source of truth.

What if my flight is delayed?

Our concierge tracks airport transfers and adapts your pickup time. If your flight is significantly delayed or rescheduled, contact us 24/7 — we reschedule the driver or rebook a new ride at no charge.

How do I modify or cancel a ride?

Contact the concierge as soon as possible — by phone, email or from your account. We update the pickup time, address or number of passengers with the partner driver on your behalf, or cancel the booking entirely. Most changes are confirmed within minutes.

Do I need an account to book?

Accepted Answer

No. You can book without creating an account. An account is opened automatically after your first booking to track your rides and manage your subscription. You log in later through a secure email link — no password to remember.

Who provides the driver?

Taxi Club does not employ drivers. Our concierge coordinates a network of licensed taxi drivers, independent local partners. Our role ends the moment the driver takes over the ride.

Why use Taxi Club instead of hailing a taxi directly?

Hailing works when a taxi is in sight. For airport runs, peak hours, night pickups, bad weather or scheduled transfers, finding a free taxi can take 20 minutes — and there's no guarantee a driver is coming. Taxi Club confirms a real driver by SMS in 2 to 5 minutes, in every major French city, 24/7. Your time stays predictable.

What happens if no taxi is available?

Rare in urban areas, but possible during major events or extreme weather. Our concierge searches across multiple partner networks before stopping. If no driver can be found, your booking is cancelled at no cost and we notify you immediately by SMS and email. The €0.10 activation remains refundable.

Is Taxi Club a transport provider?

No. Taxi Club is a booking-assistance service operated by a human concierge. We do not operate taxis, do not employ drivers and do not sell transport services.

How do I pay the driver?

You pay the ride directly to the driver, on board, at the local taxi rate displayed on the meter. Accepted methods (cash, card) depend on the driver and local market.

What is the difference between the service and the ride?

Taxi Club only charges for the concierge service (€0.10 activation, then €39/month). The taxi ride is a separate service, set and collected directly by the driver, on board. Taxi Club never collects the ride.

Can I get a receipt or an invoice?

For the ride itself, ask your driver for a printed receipt at drop-off — it's mandatory for licensed taxis in France. For your Taxi Club subscription, an electronic invoice is automatically emailed after every charge and stored in your customer area, ready to download for expense reports.

How does the €0.10 trial work?

These 10 cents activate your concierge service and let your bank authenticate your card. After the trial period, the subscription continues automatically at €39/month, with no commitment, unless cancelled. The €0.10 is fully refundable.

How do I cancel my subscription, and are there fees?

You can cancel the subscription at any time from your account, by email or phone. Cancellation is immediate. No cancellation fees. The €0.10 activation fee is refundable during the trial period.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Payment is handled by Trustpayment, our European payment provider. Your card data is encrypted and never stored in plain text on our servers. Your personal data is processed in line with the GDPR.
